I have a Firebird802 with two empty mPCIE slots inside. I was looking at adding in a mSATA (mPCIE form factor) 80gb SSD such as the new Intel 310. Would this be compatible? I know form factor wise it will fit, but wasnt sure about compatability. The VooDoo forums are shut down so figured I'd ask here. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.
I suggest calling Intel Customer Service to ask your question. With the technology being so new, I couldn't find a definitive answer to it. Intel has a dog in the fight when it comes to selling you their product. They will do their best to give you the correct answer.
