I have a HP Elite M9350F desktop that I already have 3 hard drives in. There is room in the cage but the upper part is too large for hard drives. Are there any apdaters available for a cage to mount an extra hard drive in?

The spec's for your PC indicate room for three 3.5" hard drives. However, I have a similar cabinet and the spec's only indicate room for two 3.5" hard drives in the hard drive cage. You could use the 3.5" Pocket Media bay with the HP Pocket Media hard drive (USB connected).
If you have an empty 5.25" optical drive bay then could mount another 3.5" hard drive in that bay using an adapter.
Another thought: Use adapter brackets and mount four 2.5" hard drives or SSDs in the drive cage.

Thanks Big_Dave. I do have an extra blanked out 5.25" bay that I can get an adapter for and mount the fourth drive in. That would be the simplest solution.
