HP Media Center M8000 hard drive not in my computer

I recently added a 1Tb hard drive. It shows up in bios set up, It passes the HP diagnostics, but it doesn't appear in the my computer screen. What have I missed?

You need to partition and format the drive under "computer maintenance".

To skin 77, What is the full tree to "computer maintenence"? It's not under programs, or accessories/system tools, it's not in control panel root menu.

What have I missed?
