have installed them all, but i cant find the two usb`s on to of my pc

janbagge,

I believe you have 2 issues. The USB ports (top) and the BD drive. It is not interlated.

What is the issue that has you perplexed with only the top USB ports? Do you have any flags in the Device Manager?

 

Here is how to get the BD drive functional (hopefully). Read the last 2 items.

The BD drive is from an old pc when the 9800GT gfx got fryed, an ms8095sc

 

i can find out where to remove it, the new pc i am on is a HPE H8-1219EO

Try this for USB:

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp56501-57000/sp56732.exe

 

If no joy, right click the usb device with error in Device Manager, choose Properties, go to Details tab and use the dropdown selector to choose hardware id. Post the top string of numbers,

the file is giving me an error 9996, i have installed windows 7 x64 danish home Premium

 

the top string is PCI\VEN_104C&DEV_8241&REV_02 it is UBS 3 ports
