HP Simple Save 500 GB Hard Disk

Hi,

 

I attached my Hard Disk to PC today. I could not see it in My Computer. I checked in Disk Management. It is displayed as 2TB hard disk.

I tried to Initialize the disk it says Disk is Write Protected. I am not able to format it also.

 

Kindly let me know what have happened to my HDD.

I have tried to search on web for this error. but could not find a solution.
