HP a6000 beeps on boot and no display

I have a HP a6000 with Vista loaded (from factory), that al of the sudden will not boot at all.  The fan is running and I get the light on over the power button.  A couple seconds after it boots it beeps 3 times one long one and two short ones and after that it beeps two times over and over again with a pause in between the beeps.  I have removed the memory and put it back in there.  Disconnected the HD and reconnected it

Any help would be appreciated, since I have been waiting for and online chat person to show for almost an hour now.
