HP m9600t constant need to reseat the memory modules

I'm curious to find out if anyone has seen or heard of problems with the HP m9600t PN KX745VA desktop with constant chip creep with the memory modules?  This thing needs to have its memory modules reseated every few months.  Have tried new memory modules to no avail.  The modules never do test bad with Memtest or even during stress testing via Prime95.  Any other ideas?  Faulty mb?  I've seen several of these unfortunately with very similar problems.  They're not consistently the same model, KX745VA though.

that's a new one, are you sure that the modules are fully seated until the retainers snap into place?  takes a fair amount of force.
