HP s3750t Overheating and Won't Start Now

I have an HP s3750t that has overheated and will not boot now. I have looked at the PC and noticed that the graphics card was spewing heat onto the TV Tuner, consequently nothing works now. Needless to say, I think that if these parts were replaced, it would simply overheat again. What should I/could I do to get this computer fixed by HP so that this problem will not recur?

Here are the system specs:
HP Pavilion Slimline s3750t customizable Desktop PC
-Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium with Service Pack 1 (64-bit)
-Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Quad processor Q8200 (2.33GHz)
-4GB DDR2-800MHz SDRAM (2x2048)
-512MB NVIDIA GeForce 9500GS & TV tuner [DVI, HDMI, VGA adapter]
-1TB 7200 rpm SATA 3Gb/s hard drive
-LAN port on system board (10/100Base-T), no wireles LAN
-Blu-ray player & SuperMulti DVD burner
-15-in-1 memory card reader, 2 USB, headphone port
-Integrated 5.1 channel sound with front audio ports
-Microsoft(R) Works 9.0
-No additional security software
-No speakers
-HP wireless keyboard and HP wireless optical mouse
-HP Home & Home Office Store in-box envelope
