I have the same comp and was thinking about the 5750 or 5770 also. I was just wondering how tight a fight it was between the ram as I saw it would have to slide above it a bit.  Also was wondering if the cooling in the pc was decent even with a decent card in it. I did like the look of the psu you got though. The Ultra looks nice and the single cables running from it.
