Boot into the bios and look under the Security drop down under Security set it to enable.
I have seen a couple of posts where some individuals appeared to have issues with virtualization. I haven't seen anyone post a virtualization issue using Windows 7 Pro, virtual PC and XP mode.
There is a posted MS hotfix appears to address virtualization issues with the AMD FX processors. The hot fix package also contains Windows 7 patches.
