Help DVD Rom Wont Work

my DVD Rom Won't work

it is a nightmare

i can't insert any Recovery Media on my ROM

 

i notice a orange light blink below the shutdown icon or symbol that located on the front of my cpu

when the light turns to black the DVD rom stops Reading the DVD

 

please Anyone help me

without knowing which product you have, model number, version of windows etc,  (which would help by the way)  it sounds like the drive is not reading disks.  Here's a document with troubleshooting steps that may help.
