What do you mean by remapped? Did you just hit the numlock key and the keys are acting like a keypad?

No. Keys appear to be mapped. When you push the a you may get a g. Across the board it is doing the same thing. The enter key does not work and all keys come up as something different. Unfortunately I just hooked it back up and I am getting nothing. Tried to re-synce and I still get nothing. It seems to be happening because my cat sits on the keyboard. Appears that the keyboard becomes "confused"

Your cats did more than walk across the keyboard. I believe you will have to remove the keyboard, look at the number listed on the back and check eBay for a replacement.

Thanks. Was not able to find any way to repair it so you are correct. I already replaced it and am up and running. Thanks again.
