I have a brand new intel i7 990X Cooler that I would like to swat to stock one with.
How hard wouyld this be to do?

It is not difficult if you do it in a methodical manner. Have you ever built a system before?
The case is mid-size and the motherboard appears to be a µATX Form factor. that will place a size limitation on the cooler. An extreme cooler is out of the question. Have you compared the size of the new cooler to the installed one? Measure it and compare. Which cooler did you buy for a replacement?
It does look like you will have to remove the motherboard from the case. After you have removed the motherboard
can you take photos? I need to see how the stock cooler is held to the mobo. It is not visible in the current photo.
TechARP has a nice tutorial on how to install a stock cooler. While you are at TechARP take a read of the plethora of information on BIOS settings. It is probably the best website on the web with the clearest explanations of BIOS setting information. The Chief Editor has a PhD in a computer science so he really knows what he is talking about.
You will have to label the front panel connectors with tape and numbers. There is no public information that shows where they are connected.
Best regards,
erico
