How to use the Hp Digital / Analog Tv Turner

Hi

 

I just got a Hp Dv5 with the Integrated Digital/Analog Tv Turner. The problem is that I dont know how does it work. This integrated turner is next to the usb ports, its yellow and circular. Inside it has a sort of pin. How can I use it to watch tv ?, what other accesories do I need to purschase ?
