Do you think it can handle a AMD Phenom II X4 955? or should i just get the AMD Phenom II X4 945?

John,
The AM3 socket according to HP Partsufer is rated at 95 watts TDP.
These AMD processors are rated for 95 watts. There is a good chance that they will work. Be sure to update the bios before you install a new processor. Know what the return policy is before you buy anything.

the AMD Phenom II X4 955 is a black edition , the TDP is 125w so that wouldnt work?

Thanks, so what would be the best TDP 95 watt porocssor for HD video and gaming from AMD?
