I can't figure out what's wrong with my keyboard. It was working fine for like the 2-3 years we had it and then all of the sudden it began to lock the mouse up whenever I tried to type on it. My computer is a HP Media Center and the keyboard's a multimedia ps/2 keyboard. I've tried updating all the drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, unplugging everything except the power, the monitor and the keyboard, buying a microsoft ergonomic keyboard and a new mouse and the computer keeps saying that the device cannot install because of [code 10] error.
So any help would be nice =]
thanks

What is you desktop's product number and what OS is installed?
There are a number of things to check.
Post the information and we can begin troubleshooting the issue.
