Is any other M9565uk user experiencing problems with their Blue Ray player? Both our machines have developed a "stalling" problem when watching DVD's or Blue Ray discs no matter which program is being used to watch them. HP support have been dealing with us for 2 days trying to resolve this issue to no avail. It would be very helpful if any other M9565uk owners could either suggest a solution or also post a reply if you are having the same problem. My partner and I have spent about 2 weeks trying to resolve this problem going into intricate details of drivers, upgrades, etc. There is still no solution. HP support have finally agreed to send us out new Blue Ray drives to install in our PC's although I believe the problem to be software rather than hardware based.
Please add your comments below if you are experiencing the same problem.

I've not seen a problem, but make sure you shut down background tasks... TSRs can regularly "ping" the Internet and put intermittent interrupts to the system and cause exactly what you describe.
