Everything is plugged into my HP Pavilion WIndows 7 computer. The Keyboard works(If I press the Moon button on it it puts the computer on standby) and my mouse works on my other computer. The monitor I'm using works on my other computer, but on the one in question, it just says that it's in power save mode and to power on the computer(It is on, not on standby either). It's new and I can't even use it...

I have speakers plugged in and I don't hear a startup sound, but all of the USB's lights come on as well as the tower's.
