NVIDIA FX560 Graphics card support in HP Elite 8200CMT computer

Dear All

 

I need your help as i want purchase HP Elite 8200 CMT Computer and i want to install NVIDIA FX560 Graphics Card in it. I just want to confirm that  the above NVIDIA FX560 card support and can be installed in HP Elite 8200 CMT Computer or not ???? Please advice

No. The  NVIDIA FX560 Graphics card will not work in that HP Elite 8200 configuration.

 

The FX 560 rrquires a minimum of a 350 watt PSU.  The version that you asked about has a 320 watt PSU. Here are the quickspecs for the PC you referred to.

While this has been answered, an error was stated.

The Elite 8200 CMT has a 320W PSU.

Hi,

 

According to PNY, the FX560 is a 30 watt card and the PCI-E x16 slot in the Elite 8200CMT is rated for 75 watts.

 

 

Review this NVIDIA Quadro chart and you might find a better card in the Quadro line.

 

Be sure that your know what the dimensions of the card you choose verses what will fit in your PC. Measure inside your PC and get the acceptable dimensions for a video card.
