I recently purchased a new HP 200-5020 All-in-One computer, with built-in webcam. I have looked everywhere I can think of for help in adjusting the built-in webcam settings. Honestly, I am not even sure where I go to open the webcam itself. When using Skype, I noticed the webcam is set much higher then I am tall.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction on how to start up the webcam and/or adjust the settings? I feel quite silly asking as I truly am not a beginner when it comes to computers. I have never run across this before.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

Poohmom, welcome to the forum.

There is a learning curve with anything that we do.  Computers are certainly at the top of that list.

Here are the Specifications for the computer.  In them it says that the webcam software is HP MediaSmart WebCam.  I suggest opening this program to see if there are settings for the webcam.  I am not certain that you will be able to adjust the viewing angle, however.  This may have to be done by elevating the computer by exterior means.  At least, I could not find any help for that process.
