Hello,
My month old P6674y desktop's front headphone jack just stopped working. Whenever you put the headphone in, the volume is really really low, but if you wiggle it around some you can ocassionally get it working for a few seconds, but then it either becomes quiet or it stops working.
I notice the headphone doesn't fit snug into the jack like they usually do. I tried this with several headphones. The microphone jack, right beside it, still functions fine.
Is there anyway to fix this?
Thanks!

Sounds like you will need your front I/O panel ports replaced. Unfortunately, most font I/O port assembly parts are not orderable so you will need to contact HP.

Thanks! I'll definitely look into that.
Just wondering, do you know if it's something that will require my computer being sent in or can they send me one?

They will most likely have you send it to them.
