Onboard WIFI removal

On The HP 110-243wb can the included WIFI card be removed and can I put my own PCI express card (which is higher end than included card) be put in its place  a Firewire Card also will use the other PCI express slot

Yes, the OEM wireless card can be removed and replaced with a better card.  This should be the card that is in the computer:
