Pavillion 523n Video VGA Compatible Driver Error Message

Performed a complete restore on this computer for my husband. Now, I'm receiving a "video vga compatible driver" error message saying I don't have the correct driver and the system can't find the right one. I don't know what driver to look for. Any help would be appreciated. Performed as many downloads as possible for this unit from Hp's website though some were working. Thanks for any help you can provide. :smileyhappy:

Hello Rawben, Not sure if these drivers will work on your system, but it might be worth a try.

Here  is a link to the VIA web site where these drivers can be found. Look for the Windows XP drivers.

According to your system specifications, the motherboard has a VIA chipset that includes the video device.
