Pavillion a6000 external screw on wifi antenna

Hi, We recently moved and somewhere along the way, the external screw on antenna that connects to the bottom of the tower was lost. It's the one with about 3 feet of cable connected to a free standing round bottom antenna. I'm having problems finding a place that just sells the antenna. I don't want to have to open it up and replace the wifi card. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks, Sean

To be honest with you I do not know where you can buy the little antenna.

If you need to replace the card be careful tiny little screw in motherboard

I lost my new three times. found it. lost it. found it .lost it .it is very small.

Now my card is just dangling from the motherboard.  Contact HP.

See if they have a replacement.  If they do.  You will not need to replace the card.
