Power Surge USP Ports In Front Of Dimension 5150

 

What are some causes of a Power Surge On Hub Port ?

 

XP Home / Srv Pak 3.

 

Dell.Dimension.5150.DM051_3.00 gigahertz Intel Pentium.4_Bus.Clock.800 megahertz.htm

 

The USB ports(2) in the front have problems.  The same camera, printer, phone, flash drive, etc that is plugged into the REAR ports have an error message when plugged into the FRONT 2 Ports.

 

* *  Power Surge On Hub Port  *

"The USB Mass Storage....etc "

 

The USB ports (5) in the rear work perfect.

 

What would you do ?
