I tried to run R/C Flight simulater RealFlight G4.5 on my computer, but receive the following error message: "Video card does not fully support shaders." G4.5 requires 3D Accelerated Video with 32MB Dedicated Video Memory, Full Windows DirectX 9 compliant (Pixel Shader 1.4 support). My PC is equipped with NVDIA GeForce2 Integrated GPU display device. My Question is: Is there an upgrade available to comply with the G4.5 requirement or is my PC unable to support such games?

You'll need to upgrade your video card. You've got an available AGP and PCI slot...so you can choose either type of card...I would suggest using the AGP slot. This is the card I recommend. If you'd like to browse them, check them out here.
