Problems whit my usb port 2.0( working as 1.0) [ Edited ]

Hi!

i have problems whit my usb port that is 2.0, when i upgrade my o.s. from windows 7 home premium to windows 7 ultimate without hp software (formating only the primary local disk c: and still having the partition for recovery) which driver or what i need to do to make my port work properly because when i transfer to my external hard disk or pendrive the data transfer rate is max 6 mb/sec  that is too slow because i want to make a backup

See if installing the chipset driver will fix the USB issues:

32 bit:
