Replacing Hard Drive on A6560T

One of my hard drives has been damage while moving to a new city.  I have an HP Pavillion a6560t pc, with a bigger power supply and a newer graphics card and I was looking at this for the new Hard Drive -

        "Toshiba 2TB Internal Hard Disk Drive - 3.5" Form Factor, SATA III 6 Gb/s, 7,200 RPM, 64MB Buffer - HDKPC09"

I just don't know if it will actually fit in/work with my pc.  I only need to replace one of the hard drives.  I know that My pc has a SATA interface, but SATA III?  I actually don't know what that means.  Thanks in advance!

The drive will be compatible with your system. It will operate at the Sata specs of your system, but the 64MB cache will give your system a slightly better performance.

Phillip, welcome to the forum.

The specifications for the computer show that you have 2 - 5.25" external drive bays, 1 - external 3.5" drive bay and 2 - 3.5" internal drive bays.  Therefore, the drive should fit into the computer.
