To which CPU from AMD can I upgrade my computer?

I want to upgrade my processor of my Compaq CQ5012NL.

 

The motherboard is a: Moederbordspecificaties, M2N78-LA (Violet)

The latest bios update is from: MR1-860146 Motherboard 21 july 2010

It doesn't list what the supported processord are after the bios update.

Can anybody helpt me with this?
