Touchsmart IQ506 Upgrading Need Help/Advice

The motherboard specifications says that only Socket P processors up to 35 Watts are supported, I however want to upgrade my IQ506 with a Core 2 Quad Q9000 Socket P Processor that is rated at 45 watts. "Part Number BX80581Q9000" Will the motherboard be able to handle this prosessor? I think I am the first person that wants to upgrade to a quadcore CPU.

 

I also have the 9300m GS card and want to upgrade to the 9600M GS Video card, Where can I buy this card at? I have not found any info on the web about buying a card. I Know my PC can support one.

 

Any help from HP tech support will be greatly appreciated.
