Trouble removing motherboard from M8530F case

Ok, I've followed all the right steps for removing the motherboard on my M8530F (it died and I got a replacement). Power supply out, all cords unplugged, extra cards out. Then I unscrewed the seven screws holding it in.

And there's a tiny eighth screw bolting it down. It's hard to reach and smaller than the other screws. I've tried everything I can think of to remove this. Is there a trick? Or am I just going to have to smash my computer a la Office Space and give up since I already rescued the hard drive?

Report back what type of screw head. It might be a torx. These are star shaped, and the placement suggests a right angled approach. If it is torx, these are commonly sold in a set of 1/4" drive tips for straight and racket drives.

It appears to simply be a peg that the motherboard slides over.  Carefully tug on the corner and it should slide right off.
