USB Wireless receiver - HP ENVY 700-074 Desktop PC

Just purchased HP ENVY 700-074 Desktop PC. I carefully unpacked and setup the system.

Wireless keyboard and mouse will not work.  I checked and rechecked for a wireless receiver in the packing. None to be found.

Is it possible that I am missing a USB receiver or is this a built-in feature?

Called Best Buy. Apparently no USB receiver packed with mouse and keyboard.

Thanks HP!!  Smiley Sad

Try to engage or link the bluetooth. The dongle may be an internal one.

Every pair of mouse-receiver are unique. It's wireless, but not bluetooth

It's tucked into a divider in the mouse box
