Normally, the biggest obstacle to overcome with a video card upgrade in a Slimline model is the wattage of the power supply unit (PSU). I believe that yours is either 180W or 220W. You can check by opening the case and reading the tag on it. Since the maximum power consumption of the card that you propose is 25W, I am inclined to believe that it would work in your computer. You can contact PNY's Tech Support to see if they agree with me. Then, you should measure the space provided for the card. Measure from the edge of the case to the opposite side of the motherboard where the PCIE x16 slot is located. This is the approximate length of the card that will fit. It is a single profile card. Therefore, this should not be a problem.
I have never used a video card with a passive heatsink. I simply like having a fan to discipate the heat from the case. Heat can be a problem in a small case. This is another issue to raise with PNY's Tech Support.
