Upgrading

I currently have a HP Pavilion a6745f Desktop PC : http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01625611&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=387...

and i currently wish to upgrade the graphics card for gaming as well as the power supply to cope with the new video card. I chose my power supply, however i can't figure out which video card is best.

My choices are:

EVGA 01G-P3-N959-TR GeForce 9500 GT 1GB 128-bit DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card :http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130395

or

VisionTek 900181 Radeon HD 2600PRO 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814129091#

Which one is the best for gaming? Or are there any video cards you can recommend that are within the same price range ( up to $100 max) and computer limitations?

The power supply i'm thinking of getting

CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 V2 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply:

Re: Upgrading

[ Edited ]

HI,

First let me tell you that the PS cx500 is a decent choice. I owned it since June and it works like a charm with my hp p6230f and HD 6770 video card.

With 100$ budget on video card I will go with HD 6670

74.99 $ after rebate AT Tigerdirect

Another Powerful choice is GTS 450, better the the previous one

Use the following web site to see the different in performance and comparison  in most video cards.

GeForce GTS 450 will be the good choice for you
