I have a E9180T Pavalion which I have placed in a larger case for better cooling (Diabilotek) but the Resest, HDD LED, Power LED, Reset Switch and Power Switch does not seem to match others so far listed. When hooked up using these pages the restart button just provides me a Blank Black Screen. using the Power Down/Power up switch whill cause the system to boot normally.

Hi,
Your PC has the Truckee motherboard. Get out your magnifying glass and a flashlight. Look at the edge of the board next to the front panel header. You should be able to see the pin out etchings. The pin outs are fairly standard in many of the newer HP PCs. See the below image.

This forum can now be canceled, Problem is resolved, these issues were caused by crossed wires in the Diablotek front harness. The HDD LED leads are wired to the Reset switch leads, The Reset Switch is wired to the Power LED and the Power LED is wired to a Molex Connector. That is an issue I will take up with tem. Thanks for all your answers
