What is the diffence between PCI Express and PCI Express (no AGP slot)? Or are they the same?

Well.......There is no difference really, AGP is almost obsolete now, its basically just another type of graphics card slot. If your going to be upgrading the video card you should use the PCI Express slot anyway, so it makes no difference whether you have AGP or not.

It is simply telling you that you have a PCI Express slot and no AGP (Accelerated Graphics Port) slot. They want to make certain that you don't attempt to install an AGP video card. This was most generally done when PCIE slots were first introduced.
