What's SAFE operating temperatures for Pavilion's DualCore Processor & Motherboard?

I  have a program called Speccy by Piriform that displays the temperature of my HP Pavilion's Dual Core (original equipment) CPU  &  the motherboard.   So far  the CPU  runs at about 106° F up to  121° F  and the motherboard always below 119° F.

Do any of you have any idea of the  Safe operating range of  temperature  in degree Fahrenheit?

What model # of HP? What processor?

Those temps are 41°C -  50°C.

Here is a chart of core temps and processors: http://www.pantherproducts.co.uk/Articles/CPU/CPU%20Temperatures.shtml
