Phila, I believe that both cards will fit into your case. You can measure the space for the cards and get the measurements from the manufacturers' website for them. However, both of the cards require a minimum of 450W to operate properly. The power supply unit (PSU) in your computer is only 300W. This is simply too much of a difference. To use either card, it would be necessary to upgrade the PSU. I like OCZ and Corsair. These manufacturers build PSU's for the enthusiast/gamer. They will provide clean, stable power for your system.
By the way, I like XFX'es cards allot. I have two of them at present; 7900GTX 512MB & HD 4870 XXX 1GB.
