Can anyone tell me what choices I have to upgrade my video card on this machine without having to change the power supply? Getting into more PC gaming. Thanks!

There are really no gaming quality cards on the market for your computer's power supply. The 250 watt power supply is too weak for these kind of cards and will need to be replaced if you wish use most add-in PCIe x16 graphics cards.

Actually, you can upgrade the video card with a discrete one.
Running in my Compaq Presario CQ5320F right now is a AMD Radeon HD 5450 low profile GPU.
You could probably put in a Radeon HD 6450 in as well.
