computer doesnt boot, 5 short Bios beeps

when i turn on my computer I get a black screen and 5 bios beeps, the computer does not boot.

i had it over heating because i had a graphics card in there that needed 300W power supply, but i had 240W 

i bought a replaced a new Power supply, but after i put it in i thought 'if the power supply died, how could it give me the bios beeps.'  

so could the Processor died from over heating?

What's the model number? What size PSU did you install?
