Hi,
I don't see a problem with adding a USB 3.0 card.
Open up your PC and see if you have a PCI-E x1 slot open. Review the motherboard specifications. Do you also see an extra molex 4 pin power connector?
This PCI-E x1 USB 3.0 card should work if you have the available PCI-E x1 slot and a molex 4 pin power connecter.
