e9180f where does this connector go? W-1 F marking, 5 wires

After changing the video board, , I noticed  a header is disconnected.

Don't remember disconnecting, and I cant see a matching set of pins on the motherboard. 

Its a small header  with two rows of 3 sockets on .1 inch centers.

Only 5 of the 6 positions are used.

The marking is W--1 F.

It originates near the SD and other memory card slots, at the top of the case.

It is covered in a black sheath.

Would any of you kind folks know where it connects?

This is your motherboard.  Look at the b/w layout.  Does anything match up? 

Sometimes HP prewires PC for TV and IR.  Do you have an IR receiver between your media reader slots or near it?

Look at the F1394 jack or the F panel in between the sata connectors.  Look at this memory card reader link.

Its not the 1394, as this pin post is already populated,

It doesn't match the memory card connector, either, (in the memory card section), but I did read through the section, plus most of the others.

The pc wont boot at present, so i cant simply plug in a memory card to see if they are not working; this would help identify the cable.

The sheath is black, and most of the connections to the front panel, as for USB, etc. are white.
