That usually indicates that your PC is running hot. The fans run faster to try and cool down the PC components. You may want to clean your PC.

If cleaning your PC also check if any of the heatsink screw holder is not broken making heatsink loose from CPU. This happens from time to time if the heatsink holder is made of plastic.
Is so , replace heatsink.
