Hi Taway,
In order to upgrade your video card to something with more power you will also have to upgrade your PSU to one that has PCI-Express six-pin power connectors and 350 Watts or more. I recommend 450 watts or more. As far as finding memory modules goes it is as simple as a Google or Bing search. Once you have upgraded the PSU the take a look at NewEgg.com and their PCI-Express x16 2.0 video cards.
I recommend only buying high quality upgrade memory that is guaranteed compatible such as the 4GB kit from Crucial memory if you want your memory upgrade to work properly right after you put the modules in. Only replace memory modules in pairs and ensure that all modules are identical. Do not mix sizes(capacity) and manufacturers(brands) as that is a prime recipe for a non startable PC.
