You might be experiencing a memory error.

Try this bootable memory diagnostic CD. Download memtest86 iso file and burn it to disk using Imgburn.

I let it run for over 2 hours and found 1 error at start , what does it mean

Hi,

Try reseating the memory dimms.  If the error message reoccurs then contact HP Support.
