what is a good graphic card for my computer and do i need to change the power supply? Running windows 7 32bit

Your PC is only spec'd with a 250 watt power supply so installing a discrete video card will require a power supply replacement.

Please tell us what your main applications are and the intended need for a video card.  That will make a difference in the video card and power supply recommendations.  What is your budget amount?

Option #1

$50--->NVIDIA GT 430 9.6 GB/s --single slot width

$65--->NVIDIA GT 520 8 GB/s -- single slot width

$70---> NVIDIA GT 430 22.4 GB/s – single slot width

$80--->NVIDIA GT 440 25.6 GB/s -- single slot width

If you need a gaming solution then I can recommend a bigger power supply and a bigger video card.
