hp media center pc, m7160n..po wer problem

hello,
have hp media center pc, m7160n.
problem:
the hp light scripe, hp dvd640 does not open. while open up the side panels, i noticed a lot of dust, vaccuum out the dust, unplugged the dvd640, cleaned the dust, reinstalled the dvd640, plugged the power cord back in...no power.
fan does not turn, but green light flickers.
folled all the steps on hp main web site, same result..pc does not power on. fan does not run.
help.......

Have you fixed your hp's power problem since then? I have the same computer as yours. My power supply too turned off today. I opened it and cleaned all the dust, yet the power as well as fan does not turn on. Did you buy the power supply? Where did you find it? Please help me how to fix my power problem of HP Media Center PCm7160n. Thank you!! MGN

While you responded to a "stale" post, here ya go.
Standard HP guideline for PSU:
Open the case, and observe the light on the back of the PSU and then press the power button.
Was the light "ON", and the went out? Did the CPU fan or case fan jiggle (just slight bit)?
The stock PSU (5188-0129) is here:http://www.power-on.com/ea350u.html Please note the pinouts/plugs, and the measurements.
