Your question could be answered many ways, as you did not state your intention.

How to install the OS:

1) It should have come with 7 CD's for the Recovery process.

2) If you do not have them, for $27 : http://www.computersurgeons.com/SearchProducts.aspx?sbt=a518x&bkm=Results#Results

The driver for wireless device should be dependent upon the manufacturer of the device.
