HP-m7330n
I am wanting to know if I can remove wiring from the case for Personal Media Bay. I am using bay( without Personal Media Bay sleeve or rail ) as a new location hard drive. The wiring is creating clutter.

Yes you can. The cabling can be removed from the rear of the metal cage. Here is the manual:

Also see pg 9-10. There maybe an option to install the drive.
