Hi:
It could be a possible hard drive failure.
Start the PC and go into the BIOS. There should be a diagnostics menu. Run the hard drive diagnostics test and see what it reports.

I used to get this a lot on our workstations. Try to unplug and replug the SATA cable connecting to both motherboard and HDD.
Sometimes, it's just a loose connection. ![]()
